I've been about 50-50 with reverse splits for stocks that I own. Some have worked out amazingly, others, not so good. Here's a CNBC article that says they are good... https://www.cnbc.com/id/42212417 It's anybody's guess how this one will work out. I know I'm going to hang onto my shares and hope it helps.

In case you guys did not know this the major shareholders in the company are; Polar Capital 17%, Goodwood 14%, DDS Wireless 9%, Pender Fund 4%, EM fund 4% and BOD & management 2.5% for a total of 50.5%. These guys are net buyers but not sellers. So this 5:1 consolidation has the net effect of creating a demand for the stock, eliminating small retail investors and pushing the price up. Whereas
