i would think other suitors can show up...the break fee is small at $1.45m..so on 20m shares it adds about 7.3c to the price, so quite small and not an impediment for another party to make an ...more

I am no tax expert but if you sell the wewbtech stock it will be capital gains. If you take GSM stock in trade the capital gains are deferred till you eventually sell the BSM stock. The $.52 cash ...more
