Financing Deal?

Someone on another board stated the possibility that the announcement could be nothing more than a Private Placement to raise cash until all of the other pieces fall into place over the next 4 - 6 weeks.

I know WOF is low on cash but how real is this possibility?

Anythingn is possible but I doubt they would halt the stock for this purpose. . .   whois

why wouldn't they halt for a PP?.......they do it all the time. So and so is 'Pleased to announce' blah blah blah......as if dilution is great news.

It all depends what type of financing deal gets done ... Not all financing dilutes the shares .... for example, an offtake agreement for $135 mil with a tool company who needs our tungsten to supply their worlwide business is very possible .... a joint venture with a Chineese partner is also very possible ... many possibilities here and i beleive that Brian is working the best possible deal

I think if it was a pp in all likelyhood the terms of the deal would have been ironed out before the halt and we would be trading again by now.  But as I said anything is possible  GLTA!!!   whois
