Woulfe Mining Corp > I must be really stupid....

I must be really stupid....

because I am not smart enough to understand how the s/p can go down with such a great news release today.  I am too stupid to understand how anyone would sell even one share below .40.  I am too stupid to understand the psychology behind why this s/p did not get up to .35 today.  I am too stupid to understand why it would not reach .40 before next Tuesday's NR of the BFS,

Reason and logic tells me this s/p should be in the .60's some time in May and that the s/p is seriously undervalued.  The market does not always move in a logical pattern.  I guess I can at least be consoled by the fact that the people with the offtake agreement working for Buffett must also be as stupid as me.  Or maybe, just maybe, we are the smart ones.

I remain a strong believer.  It seems the level of probability of this s/p doubling in the next month is pretty high.  I did get it right with my last post regarding predicting the 24 April date for the upcoming BFS so sometimes logic does work.  Will I get it right regarding a doubling of this s/p before the end of May?  Time will tell.  I like the fact that I now know where some of that $5m went--to bring power to the Sangdong site--and to me that means they are serious about construction.  If there was any doubt regarding the BFS, they wouldn't have spent money bringing in the power.  I also believe that on Wednesday April 25th (the day after the BFS release) over 5m shares will trade in one day.  Really, the only missing ingredient today is there aren't enough buyers, and that is about to dramatically change starting next Monday.

I think what was released today was the promise of good news. Nothing substantial as of yet has been released, certainly not enough to make MMs jump onboard. The sellers today are taking profit from the SP downtrend from last week, and bears betting on a less-than-expected results in the BFS. Be patient and sit tight for the ride.

I agree in general with your comment dfi60, but I do not fully agree that the NR had nothing substantial, but just the promise of future good news.  These are the matters of substance in the NR: 1.  Woulfe paid for installation of power feeds to the mine site, and the feeds will be completed half in October and half in December. 2.  Project Manager (Brian Burdett) with 47 yr of ...more

Hello MercurySmith,  I agree in part, my statement on "Future good news" was with respect to Money Managers and large investors who would drive the price higher when they buy in. Buying powerfeeds and personel changes (save for senior leadership) wouldnt cause the SP to rocket.   I find this release to be a great move on the part of Woulfe, keeping us up to date and showing ...more
