It says on their web site as of december 2011 they own 27Million shares of Woulfe mining. So they no longer are classified as insiders being under 10% of the outstanding shares meaning they wont have to disclose selling of shares

May be.. Something amiss.. Pinetree as of 2011 year end, owned 20m shares of WOF.

Not to worry if you look at board of directors you will see the name of John Icke (CEO of RIN) as a board member and just to make sure I e-mailed him yesterday.... and he confirmed the have not sold one single share of WOF and still own over 27 mln.   So not to worry for RIN if WOF is good so is RIN and even cheaper. Simple math 27 mln shares x 0.30 $ = 8.1 mlm $ divided by 130 mln shares for

NICE...need to continue to buy those shares.  heck, do not think I will get 27 million.
