Actually, I suggest doing some extensive DD... I just went through a few EDGAR documents and older news releases...I'm not worried.

I don't think that Diamond V Associates and GTSO Resources (joint venture) have pockets deep enough to acquire Sangdong.....  just my two cents ..!!!

I just look at their history ..  And like you (looking thru our rose coloured glasses ) I hope they gobble up Sangdong for "Billions" ..!!!!!!

I don't think they would announce Tungsten investment opportunities before they had some deal in place.  Could it be that they have done a private purchase of the shares of one of our major shareholders?   I noted with interest yesterday how Our s/p went up $.015 at a time when the venture was down 2%.  Looking at the level II today, we finally have the bids again chasing the ...more

They might be looking at other places... I agree with you mercury: It does not make sense to promote our company before they try purchase it or even a part of it. From sunrise energy, to clean tech, to Ukraine oil and gas, to Arizona, to letters of intent, to Mongolia, to JVs, to African gold projects, to a JV with a private Alaskan gold miner, to South Korea...I can't seem to get a clear ...more
