I don't think that Diamond V Associates and GTSO Resources (joint venture) have pockets deep enough to acquire Sangdong.....  just my two cents ..!!!

I don't think they would announce Tungsten investment opportunities before they had some deal in place.  Could it be that they have done a private purchase of the shares of one of our major shareholders?   I noted with interest yesterday how Our s/p went up $.015 at a time when the venture was down 2%.  Looking at the level II today, we finally have the bids again chasing the

They might be looking at other places... I agree with you mercury: It does not make sense to promote our company before they try purchase it or even a part of it.
