Take a look! Some good news!

Primary updates are with info regarding bank financing:

1. "Bank debt not subject to IMC but equity"

2. "MoU for project debt financing ($110M @ 6%)" Set to be announced in June!  Bank financing is on its way at a reasonable interest rate

I had saved the old presentation to PDF so I could compare to the new one to check for differences. From what I can see, most changes were cosmetic (spelling errors). They did beef up the disclosure on slide 15, historical estimates of the resource. I'm happy that they didn't release anything too material through the presentation, as that stuff should all be in a NR IMO. They've been ...more

Are those items new comments.  That would worry me significantly. Why highlight "bank debt not subject to IMC" if you are so confident of IMC completing investment.  Lets face it if IMC walk this project has very little chance of ever hapening. Second change relating to debt also.  Again MoU June??.  It is the 27th June.  MoU's can be legally binding, but ...more

I think that is quite significant news highlight "bank debt not subject to IMC" The MOU is with local governments who are publically announcing wanting to see this project through by providing tax incentives, roads ect. This should be a very assuring statement given the potential income from selling the APT at $400/MTU. North American Tungsten and others havent had any issues selling ...more

Good point Major. I'm starting to think we may be better off without IMC. Either way we can't really lose. disclosure:  I have been buying WOF for awhile now and have been adding here and there to my holdings as I have been freeing up money.  I need to add up all the accounts to know exactly how much but its up there.
