Woulfe's presentation did say the 1st week of july.

It takes a lot of balls to re-post that presentation and then put out that news release if the deal is not going to be finalized in the first week of July.  Sorry, I've lost my faith.  In my opinion, there is something major underlying here that we don't know about.
