Due diligence and closing date

I believe that there are 2 important dates regarding the IMC deal with Woulfe Mining.

The first is when IMC need complete their due diligence and move to closing which has been extended by 10 days to the week of July 3rd 2012.

The second is the closing date (when Woulfe receives funds) itself which is and always was 60 days later.

To the best of my knowledge Woulfe has only added 10 days to this process not 120.

Hi Nick.. Would have been better to release this news along with update or closure of $20m convert..  This update does very little to shed light on IMC's intention since July 3rd was the new date per last news on this subject.. For now, retail investors as well as the mangement wants to see some cash coming in so the company can move on while IMC takes their sweet time.. That makes $20m
