Nervous Nellies!

Wow!  If people are that nervous about this deal going through, they should have been selling when stock price was in the mid-thirties.  I think jittery markets have produced a short-term buying opportunity.  Maybe I'm a bit naive but please tell me where this is a whole lot different than what they announced on June 7.

The IMC definitive agreements require 60 days from feasibility report to complete due diligence, followed by 60 days to finalize and funds to flow. The delays mean that the CND$35 million equity investment could come into the Sangdong Mining Corporation Korea as late as the end of August 2012.

I guess some retail investors think Woulfe won't be able to raise the money.. Pretty pathetic price here at .17 bid for sure..  Next news release better be about $20m kitty and IMC signing on the dotted lines..

Wishful thinking Techone...   I don't think you will get any takers now for the convertible bonds. Firstly the 30+% drop will do major damage to the issue. Secondly, who would want a convertible option that is now 60% above the current price?

I have to agree. covertible bonds ? forget it.......without a clear statement this is a dead donkey.
