As well, shares of Woulfe Mining (TSX: V.WOF, Stock Forum) slid 14% to 22 cents on more than 1.5 million shares traded as the junior miner announced a further 60-day extension to complete the transaction in which IMC will purchase a 25% interest in the company's Korean subsidiary holding the Sangdong tungsten-molybdenum mine for cash consideration totaling $35 million.

Someone either needs to come clean or step up and clarify!
