Debenture thought

The debentures definitely didnt go public. If the werent sold privately this would speculatively tell me imc wants to buy sangdong out and so stopped woulfe from doing it

No you could easily get them. I was all set up with Byron Capital but I was going to sell a portion of my shareholdings and use those funds to buy. But my math said I had to sell for $.25 or greater to make sense. And I think this is the problem with the issue! PS We were nearly there until the silly NR!

That or maybe Woulfe is negotiating a better deal with someone else... We have the goods...

No, this is not happening. They are hammering out final numbers, etc.,  towards deal, is all. This will most likely be some sort of formal affair whereby the media will be invited as well.... Cheers though....

Shouldn't RBC investors be able to access Byron Capital's debenture offerings through the market?

"Shouldn't RBC investors be able to access Byron Capital's debenture offerings through the market?" Reply: Since I use a discount broker, they indicated that I would need a brokered account for this transaction and although I am unsure if it was necessary I opened an account with them directly with the idea of transferring the debentures over later.
