If I was an institutional investor raising $120 Mill I would be quick to take a good chunk of change now and be ahead of your neighbor by jacking the price up some first. Jun 19 to now is long enough for dilligence on this one (their own locals are putting up banners I would like to see a picture...

Too bad it might not really effect stockprice if people don't assign the proper value. I think the only way is for Brian to say between year 2 and 3 a one time special dividend will be given to us for locking in our money now. This is the only thing it seems institutions go for value unfortunately (ie like 10 times).. otherwise what forces the real stockprice up? Hopefully, the health of the company which is very good can be judged in a proper way.
