"IMC due diligence will be complete by first week of August which has taken longer than expected but is drawing to a close."

 

Will we really get the news on or before Friday?  Such deadline announcements have notoriously been inaccurate by WOF, but this announcement came out at the same time they announced many other corrections to earlier NR's, so it gives more credibility to this deadline.  Volume should pick up Tuesday in anticipation--I expect a minimum 1M volume Tuesday.

Only IMC should make news releases about when IMC will take action. The sp has suffered because of these unecessary NRs regarding the timeline for the deal. IMC will or won't sign when they feel like it and there's not much we can do about it unless we get a Plan B.  We have no leverage.

very well put . , a positive NR is overdue  as this continuous ebb and flow of anticipated news and disappointments is  getting stale . time forIMC to p-ss or get of the pot !!
