1st week of August

First week in August has come and gone.  No decisions/outcomes/explanations/updates released.  Why don't these Venture companies get it? We like to be kept informed ... Ignoring us almost always ends up with the SP going down because we are left to guess and when we guess, we sometimes guess wrong.

PS.  I hope they replaced the former NR guy as he wreaked havoc with his confusion,

"IMC due diligence will be complete by first week of August"  Even if DD is completed IMC now has to decide about whether to wrap up the deal or not.

I still get the feeling that IMC would consider a complete buyout of the Sangdong mine if it passes their DD considerations. Why split the long term profits with Woulfe?

I agree...they could get a nice deal with the softness of economies. hope it is around two bucks per share plus.

IF there is a buyout my guess would be around 1.25$ per share because of the current weakness of the market. 2+ would be nice but seems way to high relative to the current sp. Just my opinion...

I agree a buyout for the Sangdong property would likely range between $400-650 million range any more would be gravy on top.

Regarding buyout, NPV came out at $1.50 if I remember correctly. . . Also, don't forget the "first week of Agust" deadline was in their presentation not in an NR whois
