IMC Delay is Due to a possible Buyout Offer

I heard it through the grapevine that the IMC delay is due to them possibly bringing a buyout offer to the table. This explains the delay and why the IMC deal has taken more time then expected.

The reason I see for a possible buyout is the debentures were mentioned back in June's news release then never mentioned in any further releases. I have the feeling IMC is negotiating with Woulfe over a possible buyout which they required woulfe to cancel or delay the debenture sale because that would have costed IMC more through the interest on the ...more
