How do you sell a PP at 0.20 when your share price is 0.19?  Is Wesson really that financially inept or are

there reasons behind the scene that we are unaware of for this PP to be filled.  Scary in either case when

we are treated like mushrooms. kept in the dark and fed BS.  I have been a shareholder from the get-go,

but confidence is getting a bit shaky.

they might have to re-priced it may be @ .10 who kknow based on current market condition

Because you are not selling at just $.20. You are also receiving a free warrant for a half share exercisable at $.30 for 24 months. If sp goes to $.40 say, then PP investors will earn $.25 whereas someone at $.19 would only have earned $.21. That's nearly a 20% improvement on your return.
