What happened with the Convertible Bond???

What ever happened to the convertible bond that was to be completed in June and was part of "funding on track" announcement????

Obviously unsucessful and now they are trying to raise 5m at the current price......

Still not clarity on DD timeframes.....

Funding on or off track??  Perhaps another clarification in the post?
