One of Warren Buffet's companies is going to sign an offtake agreement with Woulfe?!!! That's amazing! What do you suppose it indicates about Warren Buffet's thinking when that same company refuses to finalize the deal, misses the deadline for doing so twice, and delays the decision indefinitely?
