I think that if the second week of September comes and there is no news on the IMC deal or a general update  from the company this board will get (verbally) violent against management.  Should be interesting. . . 

Lets hope we do get some sort of news. . .

 There will be no need for any of that. According to the WOF investor relations we are due for some major updates on the IMC deal by September 17th or sooner. The final details are being worked out and it sounds like WOF will be getting some extra perks thrown into the deal. Should be a very satisfying month in September for the WOF shareholders.

I'm expecting September 17th or the 24th for major updates. I will be patient until at least the 24th of September.

I agree there Whois Woulfe has left investors almost completely in the dark about what has been happening with the IMC deal since it was originally announced! That is why every update since then confused people, from the extended DD to the someday financing from that point. The big denbenture (dilution) offering (cancelled) and the PP offering dilution caught all long term investors off guard  ...more

The WOF CEO Brian Wesson has also recently promised the shareholders stock buybacks in some of his PR's once the company goes into production and is generating revenues. IMC desperately needs this large long term tungsten supply which WOF has at the sangdong mine. Anyone with any common sense or who has knowledge about IMC will know this. IMC is a massively huge world wide tool making company and they desperately need a steady long term supply of Tungsten which WOF can supply through their Sangdong Mine.
