Woulfe// IMC deal

I dont think IMC and WOULFE are going to be a JV partnership anymore. Woulfe has been doing tons of drilling and hasn't release any of the results from it. They even raise more money for additional drilling.

What we have here is Woulfe maximizing the sale price to IMC by upgrading the TUNGSTEN classification from inferred to indicated as well as showing IMC the MOLYBDENUM potential through this additional drilling. This is the reason no contract has been announce as expected months ago. Woulfe is going to sell SANGDONG mine for 500+ million dollars and re-issue shares for the MUGUK gold project probably with a share consolidation in the new company.

Only $1.59 / sh + for Sangdong + whatever for Muguk. I can live with that but was hoping for a little more. So where are you getting this info, or are you purely speculating? GLAH

Im purely speculating as it is the only thing that is making sense to me with Woulfe's unannounced drill results along with the fund raising for additional drilling all the while IMC still on the hook without signing tells me there is something more happening behind the scenes.

This is not what the longs here were looking forward to, but I was concerned, AUG. 01/12 when the BCSC "clarify and restate certain disclosures"  slowing down objective progress and communication and Brian was less available . This would put the bank deal in limbo after a big splash, so if this is the possible outcome then let's get on with it, as usual vague info from IR.

Is kyoung 28 still around- for more info

The restatement was related to Woulfe's assessment of MUGUK's  gold valuation via the current gold price because it was weakening at the time and using predictive talk about further resources there. Like wise with Sangdong the talk about the Molybdenum which wasnt lab tested in the drilling to be claimed on their news releases/presentations. Furthermore the statement was towards ...more
