The B-TV news video claims that Woulfe Mining closed the IMC deal for 34.2 million dollars instead of the original 70 million dollars. This is huge news for the WOF shareholders because this could mean the company will retain a larger percentage of ownership/profits on the Sangdong mine. This could also explain why Woulfe Mining is taking out a larger bank loan from the South Korean bank for $150

Sigh. Stockexpertpro, Woulfe had the option to get fiancing through IMC for the APT plant or take it from the BOK. The pending $150million woulfe is getting from the BOK is obviously a sweeter interest rate deal then IMC was offering which is why it was bigger then we intially expected.
