Day traders have been moving in the last couple weeks for the banking news.

Actually, day traders like volume, and lately there has been very little of that with woulfe, so day traders have been quiet lately.  Nobody is buying, but by the same token, nobody is selling either, hence the low volumes.  That will all change the moment good IMC news comes out (or the day prior if there is any leak).
