Incredible Value! Possibly 20+ BILLION in assets

Based on this german interview with WOF investor relations Nick Smith the Woulfe Mining Sangdong mine has a possible mine life of around 80 years. Tungsten mines are known to have very long mine lives. At 200 million dollars per year for 80 years that would value the tungsten portion of the mine at around 16 billion dollars and this figure doesn't even include the molybdenum or Muguk gold & silver mine.

The overall value of the Woulfe Mining assets could easily be well over 20 BILLION dollars if the Woulfe mining investor relations numbers are correct.

I my opinion, Nick Smith did a good job on the interview. He took a quantitive and qualitative approach. Like Warren Buffett's famous words; "A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush". (Wof is believed to be selling at a discount to its net assets), (NAD) . It is believed to be poised for a bullish breakout; its all about fundamentals / bids are building up , insiders are ...more

this person believes this stock will spike nicely over the next several months.  plus, the real plus is they will be in production at the end of this timeframe...meaning, the sp likely will not retrace too much.  I would not count out a spike to two bucks plus.   just my humble opinion here

Well...would be great to see the 2 $ but I guess this is rather unrealistic in the next 24 months to come. My feeling is that as soon as IMC signs AND we have the confirmation of this Korean Bank that the loan is fine we might see a SP in the 50-70 cents range. This were roughly 50 % of the theoretic NPV or 50 % of what Woulfe would be worth if Sangdong would already produce tungsten. As soon as ...more

Likewise here. I posted something similar a little while back. Pricing or putting a valuation on a stock needless to say is very difficult, but is also an essential element in investing. Everyone has their preferred 'model', but at the end of the day, it's more of an art rather than science. The pertinent question at this moment in the company's development is what does todays ...more

Ark88, its safe to say even when woulfe gets the fiancing it will have many consolidation points on its way up to where ever its finally stabilizes. I think woulfe will have to express its interest of paying dividends in a news announcement if it hopes to achieve a high multiple

Sorry but I disagree.  We might consolidate to above these levels between the time the monies are received and refinery being built but it is all up to the market and you can see all kinds of examples of stock climbing much higher on less news than what we are expecting. I think it was called Oriental minerals then and it was less diluted but it did reach a high of $3.73 on Mar 1/2007.   ...more

Almost forgot, we need to put Muguk Gold mine in that 5-10 yr plan not to mention Moly at sangdong. I can't stress enough how good the conditions are for WOF. Think about how WOF compares to other mines (Sangdong and Muguk): Close proximity of work force and competence and experience Weather not an issue for access or production Water supply Proven resource Existing ...more

With volume this low, the SP can be easily manipulated.

The NPV of 400 million dollars is only based on 25% of the mine. They only did enough drilling to determine 12 years of mine life so they could obtain the bank loan for financing. Updated numbers on the true value of the mine will drastically increase the NPV. Based on this German interview with the Woulfe Mining investor relations Nick Smith. The WOF Sangdong mine has a possible mine life of ...more
