Funding

If the funding had not come through they would not be able to go on a roadshow to drum up new funds without announcing that advised funding had not come through.

Why do you say that?  They could have comitted to this road show long ago with the hopes that the financing would have been complete.  Now no one seems to be sure that is the case.
