Looks like about 77 MM shares owned; largest holder is Korea Zink @ 30 MM followed by GCIC Ltd @ 29.9 MM. See link to paste to browser:

That is dated information.. Largest holder now has to be Dundee Corp.. last reported number was 34m

Lastpick and Techone, there are some good clues to current share ownership.  Historically, in July 2011 we know Colonial Bank held 13.8%, Korea Zinc 12.5%, and Resinco just under 10%.  Since July 2011, Woulfe's shares have been further diluted.   The October 17, 2012 Management Information Circular (page 3) filed with Sedar, under the heading of "Voting Securities and ...more

Further to the listing of major shareholders that Mercurysmith posted, on Sedar it shows that Colonial First State Asset Management of Australia, as of September 2012 holds46,522,411 (14.8% of O/S) shares and 2,500,000 warrants. Combined they hold 49,022,411 or 15.48% on a fully diluted basis. This I believe is the same enitity as Colonial Bank.
