Does anyone know?

Does anyone know what happened here?

" Down payment of 10% upon signing (paid on October 23), with the balance
to be paid within 30 days of signing. "

Was the 90% (1 million+ dollars ) paid on or before Nov. 23rd?

Did Wof have the money without the financing?

Thanks.

From the MD&A: "Subsequent to September 30, 2012, the Company received $1,191,699 as full repayment of the loan, along with related interest." Maybe they used this money for these purposes... Or the capital deficienvy increased... "At September 30, 2012, the Company had a working capital deficiency of $5,233,697. "
