Sir_Holler, there is nothing standard about contracts between multiple parties in multiple countries with multiple lawyers requiring multiple boards to approve it before Christmas.  That said I appreciate your frustration in this regard and I would go a step further and say Wesson likely also understands your frustration.  There is no doubt Wesson really hoped to have the financing

I agree with mercury. My wife works in a law firm so i inquired how long it would take to hash out the documents and she indicated it is entirely unpredictable timeline with 2 parties coming to an agreement let alone3
