These Institutions control 49.2% of the WOF's stock; once the financing is in place, signed and sealed, it is my believe that they and their followers will go into the open market for cheap stock and pickup 25 to 35 Million shares all the way up to $1.

Hope may not be the greatest investment strategy, however, we all hope for in increase in the share price once we have purchased it.  You can do the greatest most thorough DD in the world and still buy a bad stock.  Sometimes the market makes no sense, and sometimes it is manipulated.  People that bought Apple at $700.00 probably thought it was a great buy as most analysts were

Here's another prediction. The updated NI 43-101 Resource Estimate will be ready for release after the IMC/Shinhan deal annoucement. How about an IRR revision up near 90%. If we get a number close to that, expect the institutional buyers to be all over this. How's that for an one two punch.
