Some things said on this board are so outrageously wrong that one must respond.  There is no way Nick Smith told you, or anyone else, that s/p would be $1.00 immediately folloing the bank financing being confirmed.  Please don't post such nonsense.     Also NPV in no way determines the shareprice.  Many a company can have greater than $1/share value with a much lower
