First of all, my bad on Dyslexia coming back to bite me once again. The transaction occurred on December 10th. Sale was for 2 million shares. Now Tech I widely respect your thoughts. I realize in my haste I unintentionally mixed up the date with the number. However, as for the info being an 'old story' and that I should 'get a grip', please be advised I do have the INK research ...more

As you know, Brian was loaned a sizable chunk of cash and he sold shares to return the loan but at the time my impession was not all of the amount would have been covered with that sale so who knows perhaps he had to juggle it some how.. All speculation on my/our part and and really as far as I was concerned, his remaining interest in the company were the options so that is where we are ...more

I have been reviewing the insiders listings as they disclose the buys and sells by the majors, for me they tell a story, SOBER would also have these lists being with TD. I M H O Dundee would not own 39.8 m shares as a example along with the others if they were not confident of WOF going to production, but there have been many items that required extensive review ie: the BCSC changes, I know some ...more

This email from the Woulfe Mining Investor Relations Nick Smith seems to explain what is going on loud & clear especially this part. Quote from the Woulfe Mining investor relations Nick Smith -"My understanding is we are currently working on closing documents that Woulfe Mining, Shinhan Bank and IMC are happy to sign."Their explanation on Brian's selling was given once before ...more

Hi Hawk,No company is too good to fail. Management mistakes have caused many good companies to fail. Without cash WOF fails. That is why it still trades with a small market cap. While I don't think WOF will go bankrupt, I do think another private placement is coming in the near term. Some might not define that as a failure. However, considering management's view that February that it ...more

Last time I talked to Nick Smith was about May. He told me the deal was moving forward as planned and that WOF had lots of cash available. A few weeks later WOF surprised me with a large private placement. WOF might have cash in the bank. The question is what are the payables? If work is indeed progressing at the mine site as previously described by Brian and if WOF has purchased the land for ...more

Well he did mention that any current work being done at the mine is extremely low cost prep work and that they have been conserving their cash until this final deal with the bank and IMC is finalized in the near future. Their cash burn rate has been low according to the Woulfe Mining investor relations Nick Smith. In my opinion he is telling the truth because labor costs in South ...more

I talked to nick on the phone around xmas and he told me that woulfe has 3 million in the bank. Cononial bank has since then bought almost 5 million warrants which they have obviously sold off shares to make up for the costs.
Comment by shiningstar2 on Jan 28, 2013 11:50am
3 million won't last long with lawyers and expense accounts.

Majormac; how do you know that Colonial has exercised almost 5 million warrants?
Comment by Majormac79 on Jan 28, 2013 11:59am
Www.sedi.ca they bought a week or two ago. Search insider report on them

majormac; thanks.   Colonial exercising those warrants is a very positive indicator of their confidence in WOF. The timing is also a very positive indicator (assuming it wasn't because of the expiry date), whether they did it to support management with more cash or that they think the deal is imminent. In either case, very positive.
