Hi TechOne,Is this a regulatory requirement for Colonial I can't say I have seen this before and I don't know how to interpret the disclosure (e.g., why now?). I do know from the INK Research reports that it has sold almost 8 million shares since November 13, 2012. Again, not sure if this selling had any impact on the disclosure. Any info/insights you could provide would be appreciated

I suggest that you try to call him and confirm this. He also told me that their trying to sweeten up this final deal for Woulfe Mining. I wonder what the CEO has up his sleeve?
