He said they were on the eve in December. Its February at the end of the week.  How many shres does he have left?

ketword is IF.   if it's true ...and if he knows what the future is with 100% certainty....which no one does.

Majormac79,I think the CEO Brian Wesson and investor relations Nick Smith have known all along that the deal will be completed in Feb. or March of 2013. A reconditioned mine does not take as long to build as a new mine does from scratch. Everything is still on schedule to start production at the 4th quarter of 2013 or 1st quarter of 2014. What they did do is blatantly mislead and lie to ...more

I think it is strange that all of the sudden the biggest WOF pumper has completely turned on the company. Seeing as StockExpertPro is clearly a shill for WOF, I am guessing the powers that be want the share price to go down. Don't let this goof try and manipulate you. He has sent me private messages telling me how great WOF is as recently as last week. The guy is a menace and should be ignored ...more

It looks like WOF want to test the ma 200. I am not espically happy about it, but it's not the end of the world. My personnal target for the deal completion is Q1 and we should see a new rising wave in the SP once the current drop bottom for a few days.

AdamWest1 I have no relationship with StockExpertPro and I am not aware of Woulfe Mining having any relationship with him/her. Cheers nick

Hi Nick, While we have your attention, any thoughts on why the share price is crumbling these days? Everyone here is getting a little concerned. -Adam

How is that for a Mitt Romney kind of moment  NO EXPERT  NO PRO
Comment by NickSmithNSC on Jan 29, 2013 2:31pm
My understanding is management are working with IMC and Shinhan Bank to close the  previously annouced deals. It has taken longer then we would have liked but there has not been a breakdown it is a complicated negotiaion as there are multiple parties. Cheers nick

Nick, could you please update us with some pictures (both above and underground)  so we can see, objectively, how things have been progressing on site.  I think shareholders deserve at least this much and it would be easy for you given your contact with the Woulfe site office.  Thanking you in advance.
Comment by laurant on Jan 29, 2013 3:25pm
Nick, maybe if Brian spent more time on the deal in December and less time selling millions of shares, the deal would have been finalized by now. Also, what a "lucky break" for Brian, I mean he organizes a road show at the end of November with NO NEWS to announce and he pushes the stock up to 38 cents a share as of Nov. 30th. He then sells millions of shares at the beginning of ...more

Laurant, sure we are all a bit tensed, but what you are saying isn't reasonable. That sale by Brian was, as mentioned before, a prearranged deal. So who cares? The trade didn't affect share price at all. You could have sold for the same price....nobody has prevented that.

The only meaningful picture in the guide is the one of the new adit on page 1,    all the other info and pictures appear to be old and  "recycled" ..!!!! Long and strong.......Barely .!!!!

If you're not going to do the proper DD and just give verbal diarrhea than please just sell me your shares. Don't you think Brian would have rather held his shares and sold when they were worth a lot more? You sure don't sound like a "true believer".   Do I sound like one?  or maybe I'm just blowing smoke? Disclosure: Have been accumulating since $0.10 ...more
