I agree Mercury/Ark , NG's prints are all over this arrangement and will open doors for more and better if needed, and just with the presence of NG on the board other options will want to invest, we were running out of time for what was suppose to be in place, "kicking the can" has been greatly reduced, watch the SP now. $HAWK

What are the chances that this offering will get filled? Pretty close to 100%. For guys like NG at this stage in their career, it's all about reputation. By choosing to serve on the board, he is now taking on 'risk'. Why would he do this at his age? Unless of course he firmly believes it's a winner. He has vast resources thru GCIC Wealth Management to get this filled. It would be ...more

I never really liked the details of the IMC deal. Particularly the 90% offtake. That too in my opinion leaves Woulfe with very diminished upside should Tungsten prices increase. If and when we get the $10 mil. filled, I'd really like to see Woulfe turn the tables on IMC and renegotiate the offtake down to something closer to 50% of production. Offtake is at market prices (-+provisions) if not they would need to disclose it.

I'm refering to the 'premium' attached to having a secured access to Tungsten, not price.
