That's the million doallar question. It wouldn't surprise me one bit if IMC is playing hardball with Woulfe. The reason guys like Buffet have become so rich is because they're very good at negotiating a great deal. Who knows, may be even Buffet took part in the Debenture offering. The quicker this offering closes the better we're off. Let's pay the $5 mil. back before months

Perhaps I am wrong but Buffet manages Berkshire Hathaway and they are a majority shareholder in IMC. Also the deal with Woulfe is with IMC and not Berkshire Hathaway.  This means: 1) Buffet doesn't manage the business decisions of IMC, hence it is IMC's management making the deal with Woulfe. The money is Not coming from Berkshire, hence again Buffet is not in the decision
