Stating that offtake agreements with IMC were negotiated, deadlines that have passed without any reference as to where negotiations stand, site construction that is apparently supposed to be already underway yet no update on that as well.... No one is questioning the need to close the deal soon..  And a status on where things stand.. What do you think we all have been talking here ? Your last post talked about class action suit if the deal does not happen and you want to be taken seriously  for that ?

I agree! I think a total buyout of the Woulfe Mining Sangdong tungsten mine would make a lot of more sense for IMC/Berkshire Hathaway. Especially after yesterdays prediction from the BNN  commodities video that their will be a tungsten deficit by 2018. Perhaps a possible buyout of WOF is why there has been a delay and why IMC took extra time to do their due diligence on the Sangdong

Yup. A class action law suit for all the investors that bought on ANNOUNCED news ( in multiple NR'S) about an offtake agreement with IMC being struck. If thats not misrepresentation, what is?

Get real.. You sound like you are in junior land for the first time.. If not, then you should really control your enthusiasm.. Deal is done when the money changes hands..
