Yes, definitely  concerned..... It's pretty interesting that the deal hasn't closed and the tensions are rising. I wonder if IMC wants to make sure there isn't a conflict before it signs on the dotted line.  On the other hand, worse case scenario, tungsten is heavily used in military application. There is cause for concern but I don't see North Korea attacking anyone. Dropping a nuclear device on S. Korea or the U.S. would be mass suicide for the North Korean people. I think Kim and his cronies understand that very well. North Korea has been using these bully tactics for a long time. They make threats and then agree to back off in exchange for food or other kind of aid programs. But

I'm not suggesting the Republic of Korea (South Korea) initiate a war. If N. Korea does, however, pick a fight the ROK will obliterate N. Korea with or without U.S. intervention. The N. This is nothing but a big propaganda show that their leader is putting on to obtain more foreign aid and other benefits.
