Buyout makes the most sense as long as we can secure a good price.
The only reason I can see for IMC not buying WOF out is if they are going to get WOF product cheap (not good for us) or management won't let them.
Thats why I would rather WOF get financing elsewhere and sell to IMC on an open market.
I am confident that Mr. Goodman and the management team will get the best deal for us either way.
If it was someone else, I wouldn't be so confident and I woouldn't own so many shares.
If I was buying 90% or even less than 50% of any my suppliers products, I would seriously be looking into buying them out unless they were giving it to me so cheap that a buyout didn't make sense or I couldn't afford the buyout.
I have purchased assets to gain control of my access and costs from my suppliers and I was working with much smaller percentages.
It's about control of the supply and cost of the resource. There is much value in that.
Use what I need at my cost only and sell off surplus at a profit.
Disclosure: I am still a shareholder in the 7 digit numbers.
Waiting on news. I'm prepared to wait for another year if need be. I'm long term.
