Alta, very interesting post.  The Frankfurt exchange is open today?  And it is showing only a 14% drop in s/p for Woulfe?  And you suggest there may be a halt there?  Where are you getting the halt news from?  14% drop would only be 3 cents, so that would be good news in my view.
