Rational Thinking

It is good to see some rational thoughts on this board, with the exception of an individual. I note there are some significant retail investors, myself included, who are long and are holding fast and not panicking. The NR, which was very badly written, only provided me with one further insight, being that there are technical issues (not resource) and I can only assume like others, this has to do with mine design/build. All my DD still leads me to believe strrongly that we have a significant and sizeable and  strategic resource in the right location and IMC will deal with us once we have resolved the issues at hand (management need to be clear  and communicate the full extent of what these issues are). IMC is also not the only company where offtake agreements could be reached (note the recent Wolf Minerals agreements (Europe and US though) and I trust management are not just focussing solely on IMC, though this would be the best option. However, I still  believe that Retail investors need to make it clear to the Board of Directors that they are there to protect the interests of all shareholders and I would like to get enought retail investor support to make our position clear to the Board of Directors in a strongly written communication. Please let me know if anyone is interested so we can ascertain the strength of our position and agree on a communication to the Board and perhaps also to the other key shareholders.

Good idea to make minorities heard. I hold 1.1m shares and have done so for a few years so am a long and will wait to extract full value from my shares. I did write to the board and Brian Wesson some time ago about my dissatisfaction with the board approving the $1.2m loan for the Wessons to convert their warrants. Unfortunately the Board or Wesson, as CEO, never ...more

I am pretty sure it was repaid....should you not know this if holding so much interest...they also spent $1.6MM buying land round the site...but none of this explains the reported  current dilemma regarding IMC

I have to agree with thr group on this one. It wasn't stated what part needed to be tested for feasibility (NI 43101 is not a question so it must be the processing plant). Clarification is needed but this seems an opportunity for Dundee to milk up any spilt milk from the flinchy investors or daytraders that have been in this stock since the IMC deal was first announced. Hold your shares ...more
