This is not the end of the game........ The market was open in both the US and Germany yesterday and the SP didn't fall much.  Today it did. This means that most likely that majority of shareholders are invested through the TSX Venture and someone decided to dump their shares.  Reading some of the comments, there are several retail investors holding approx 1% of the OS and 50%-60% of ...more

The way I read the NR regarding the need for additional financing is twofold. First, cash is required to meet on-going payables. The timeline to meet this requirement is immediate as they state that "...identified issues relating to liquidity and the ability of the Company and its subsidiaries, including Sangdong Mining Corp., to meet various payables beyond the next few months.".   ...more
