Does anyone have any idea why Woulfe Mining management would put out another misleading news release like this? About Woulfe Mining receiving the considerable assistance from Dundee Corporation in longer term negotiations with IMC. If this was true about Woulfe Mining receiving considerable assistance from Dundee Corp. then why didn't this news release mention a Bridge Loan from Goodman's Dundee Corporation? Bridge loan, also termed a swing loan or gap financing, is a short-term, temporary loan used to secure a purchase until longer term financing is arranged.

Why didn't Dundee Corp. provide a bridge loan or swing loan to Woulfe Mining before this news release came out? This completely baffles me. They had more then enough time to arrange this. This is a good example of how incompetent and backwards the Woulfe Mining management is. If the news release would of stated that Woulfe Mining will be receiving considerable assistance from Dundee Corporation in longer term negotiations with IMC. Then stated that Dundee Corporation will be providing a bridge loan to Woulfe Mining for short term financing while these longer term negotiations take place with IMC. It would of made more sense because that would actually mean that Woulfe Mining would be receiving considerable assistance from Dundee. Like I said before. Management at Woulfe Mining needs to be replaced. This Hubert Marleau is a joke. Each member of the board of directors supposedly has around 30 to 40 years of experience. They even have Goodman who is a Canadian Mining Hall of Famer. Yet they could not put their heads together and come up with a simple clever idea before putting out this asinine backwards news release update. Woulfe Mining management should be embarrassed to be part of this mess. They are truly a disgrace to Canada!
