The relative small amount of this "non-brokered" PP would be normally a nonevent, but given the timing and circumstances surrounding Sangdong, what I would take from this is that we may be a lot closer to the "finish line".

If Ned left the board before because of a "conflict of interest" with the financing, does him rejoining mean that they have finished all the negotiations for the financing? Now he is back on to further this project...that is how I read into this. Also, I know one million dollars isn't a lot of money for Ned be I don't think he would be okay with giving it up unless he knew ...more

I think it's the money we need to finalize the financing. Ned has already invested a lot for a much higher average share price so he also has an interest to keep amount of shares low or he has to buy all new shares of this and further placements.

Thanks, Ark! I had just put an order in and was able to cancel before it was filled. Even if the Korean TV report is correct this lowball PP will probably cause at least a temporary decrease in SP. Rip
