Like to see Convertible Debentures

for the next financing.
With essentially a new BOD and a publically stated new business plan, it's critically important that we see financing news sooner than later, on decent terms preferably in the form of convert debentures. Achieving all this quickly will boost credibility for the BOD and help to boost the SP. Throw in a new CEO with solid creds will also help. GLTA

If Woulfe Mining obtains a low interest rate loan for $10 million dollars from IMC to complete the 1 year "work program" then this could take over 3 months for the board of directors to negotiate. The subscription agreement deadline with IMC is on Feb. 26th 2014. This deal with IMC will need to become more favorable for Woulfe Mining. It doesn't make any sense to give IMC ...more

Well said, Ark. I agree completely. Seg.

Thanks, Seg. Of course it goes without saying the implications of the amount of money raised. If it's $20 mil+, then I'd say we have a new relationship with IMC at best and if it's around $10 mil, then steady as she goes. A lot to read into in the next financing for sure.

In doing so, they most likely want to operate this mine for some time and exhaust its capabilities, in which case an offtake agreement is no longer needed. WOF will sell its tungsten ...more

I have to disagree with your opinion that the IMC offtake is over..... Sangdong will be one of the lowest cost producers in the world, plus the proximity to the IMC processing plants, and the potential size of the resource and mine life, gives IMC a greater competitive advantage over other global companies within their industry.  In my opinion, IMC is going nowhere. But we will see come ...more

Like I've posted before, let's see going forward if the deal that Brian negotiated is the type of deal that Ned likes. I'm not saying it isn't, but the deal that Brian negotiated achieved short term benefit at the expense of long term value for us. Given the fact that now Dundee is involved with access to capital, what is their objective, short or long term? I'm betting that it ...more

Given the current geopolitical situation, we are likely going to be experiencing hyperinflation relatively soon. The deal with IMC is exceptionally unfavourable in these circumstances, because the would get increasingly large discounts as the price per MTU in USD increases. The delays have meant that I won't recoup my investment for far longer than I had anticipated. However, the nature of ...more
