Location: Atkins Room,  The Terminal City Club
837 West Hastings Street, Vancouver

This is the first time they have scheduled the AGM outside of their Lawyer's offices..  That is interesting..  It is nice location actually..

Question  is: How many of the Directors and share holders will show up because couple of times I was at the AGM, other then Brian W. and his wife, Corporate Secretary, IR (Nick S.) and one other share holder was present..

LOL>> No security guards.. I have not been to one where there was enough heat that you have to call security.. At this AGM, I will be surprised if 5 share holders turn up.. FWIW, I will be one of them.. Let's see what kind of Management presence they put up..

If they rented the Atkins Room because they're expecting a larger crowd than usual, it would make sense to release some kind of news before the AGM, otherwise no one will show up !!!

Good call Mark does not make sense why they would book the Terminal City Club unless they were expecting more people.  But one thing does not make sense with the new guys on the board is that I am sure want to get paid for there services through options and those are usually approved at AGM's!!  Especially with the stock at $0.13 they could lock up a nice amount of shares!!  But

I have a different take on this. 1.  Dundee and NG would want industry people at the AGM. With their reputation, a simple call from these guys will have analysts, brokers et al, all attending. 2.  Timing is everything. Why would they issue the news as significant as the financing now when we are so close to tax loss selling season? Doesn't make sense. I would do it in Jan/14

This makes the most sense Ark. Quantities of shares moving are so low that I assume daytrading nobodies are selling. The ones the matter are all holding fast. Very good sign. This is just a waiting game. GLTAL

Holding fast and sometimes picking up cheap shares from the nobodies.  I figured to stay at 200k, but since this last dip I've gone up to 225k and dropped my average. There is nothing wrong with scooping up those shares whenever someone leaves them laying around, as long as everything with the company is kosher and Dundee's goals align with ours. They'll start building ITER soon

Well Tech I hope we have some news before the agm. If you can try and ask when we can expect news on the $9,000,000 and how it will be raised. Also are we still on side with IMC and the Korean Bank as far as financing once the work program is complete? I would hope they have some type of presentation outling their stategy for the coming year and it would really help if they would update the
