Upcoming AGM Meeting

Regrettably I cannot attend in person.  I request anyone who WILL attend to PLEASE: 1) Ask management and the board to be FAR MORE TRANSPARENT and far more communicative than they have been thus far;  2)  Tell us what is ACTUALLY going on and when the company can expect to be into production;  3)  Why new studies have had to be done when they earlier had indicated they were all done;  4) What is going on behind the scenes with some of the major players such as Dundee and certain gentlemen related to it. 5) What are the specific plans now in place to bring the company into production and to secure / obtain all the necessary financing and other elements necessary to do so;   Try not to accept partial or inadequate answers and demand to know the full truth.  Management and the board have been dissembling and taking us for a ride.  If we don't stand up for our own interests nobody will.  All other shareholders who cannot be present will stand behind you and be deeply appreciative.  Thank you.

Korea Zinc has stated in the past that they want to diversify their operations into other metals. If the subscription agreement with IMC expires on Febuary 26th, 2014 without being renewed. This could be considered ...more

Very good points... Reason Ned is taking so long to get things started is to first RE-NEGOTIATE their agreement for a LARGER percentage of the ownership of the tungsten they mine out of the ground...What is IMC's percentage of ownership now? Correct me if I am wrong, but isnt it close to 80% ? Thats rediculious!!!  RE-NEGOTIATE those terms with IMC Mr. Goodman as you already are planning ...more

I have a question for the AGM. Please have management explain what is the "positive impact" that Mr. Sang Bum Lee has brought to the project since he was hired last April ?? Also, where are the many updates that the "stakeholders" were supposed to receive as stated by Hubert Marleau ?? ......................................................... Woulfe Mining Appoints New ...more
