When you say comprehensive financing that includes the IMC debt, did you get the impression that this would include all funds needed to get this project into production. This would be the 9 million currently needed, possibly 10 million loan payback to imc and the aproximate 200 million to get this mine into production. I hope it is all debt as I would hate to see any dilution at the current share price, did you get any feel for this. Thankyou both for what you have already reported about the AGM, it confirms my belief that if Ned had not steped in this project would never have gotten off the ground with Wesson in charge. If the tung. mine gets up and running within the next year or two this may only be the beginning of a great mining story with all of the other mineral properties that woulfe has the rights to.

To me it points to their priorities with respect to WOF. The mention of having taken most if not all of 2013 to derisk the project is bit of a stretch. Yes, derisked in so far as management of the company is concerned ...more

$HAWK, can you share the website or url for Woulfe's pre-open/pre-market? I've looked but been unsuccessful in finding it. Thanks! Seg.
