Questions

I've been following the board for a few years now, however this will be my first time posting.  I have a few questions and thoughts regarding the recent NRs. I'll admit I'm a relatively uninformed investor. I read the news releases and the company filings when available but I don't have much experience so take everything I say with a grian of salt.

1.  Is anyone slightly wary of the very quick upward move last week into the CDO this week? It seems to me the move was "managed" so the preferred pricing numbers wouldn't seem rediculous on Dundee's side of the fence. That said, it seems to be a good sign that Dundee is willing to pay a higher premium (~.13) as opposed to the prices before last week (~.09). Or are there no inferences we can draw from any of that?

2.  Since the CDO was for 4mm, how much more do we think WOF needs to raise? Wasn't the initial number 10? If so, any thoughts on where that comes from?

Anytime someone is offering to buy shares at a set price, the market  will adjust to the offer price. This happens all the time. What I focus on is,does Ned goodman expect the share price to move up or down from the current trading range??Kind of a silly question, when you think about it.

Must admit I'm starting to get an uneasy feeling here. Every time we turn around Goodman ( Dundee ) is picking up more cheap shares through dilution. Won't be long before he has complete control of the company and will be the sole owner of 'Preferred' shares. What happened to the bank financing? How will we repay IMC? No news is supposed to be good news, but not in this case ...more
