Gaius .... What map view did you use? I've been unable to locate the property using Google Maps.

Use Google Earth, Satellite View, use the coordinates someone posted here, then look at the southwest slope of the mountain.  There's a new road cut there and piles of materials at the place they were going to dig into the mine to create the new entrance.
