But even if Ned gets a huge % of all WOF shares, aren't we better off this way? We don't have money and if the end result is the same but we have to divide our total value by more shares I think we are still better off making money but less money than the alternative (no deep pockets to back us up and we go defunct).. As is Dundee itself is taking 10% of the action + matching free warrants, he's paying the top price over the last quarter or so with no significant volume rather than buying at market, so he's got a discount, why does he need preferred stock too?  He's already in the catbird seat. Did any previous stock holders get offered any of those $1,000 allotments?  I don't think ...more

Requisitioning a meeting to spill the board is a max 4month turn around. The incumbent board needs to hold the meeting within that time frame. I fear that 4 months will give them too much time to pick up more of the company.

Agreed all shareholders need only look at their activities with WOF.  Ned and the dundee controlled board only look after Dundee. they are not fit for their positions.
